Your work shapes the design
Products, meetings, demonstrations and support spaces. We design a stand that works for your team, with materials and solutions suited to your budget.

DESIGN AND ORGANISATION
A stand must showcase your products and support your team’s work. That also means a clear quotation, documents, deadlines and defined responsibilities.
YOUR PARTICIPATION, STEP BY STEP
Products, meetings, demonstrations and support spaces. We design a stand that works for your team, with materials and solutions suited to your budget.
We clarify included services, exhibition charges and required tasks. We agree who prepares the documents, submits requests and meets each deadline.
We organise production, transport and installation with in-house teams. We agree handover times, operational contacts and dismantling around your team’s needs.
In-house installation teams. Direct coordination reduces subcontracting steps and the associated markups for exhibitors.
EXHIBITORS’ QUESTIONS
Open the question that interests you. We turn these steps into specific tasks, responsibilities and costs for your project.
Start with your products and how your team will use the stand: displays, demonstrations, meetings, storage and reception. Send the fair, dates, area, budget and any floor plan. We help define priorities and a suitable layout, taking existing designs or reusable materials into account.
We start from your budget and specify design, production, graphics, furniture, transport, installation and dismantling. Venue connections, utilities, rigging and handling may be charged separately: we clarify costs and who pays. VAT, payment terms and exclusions are agreed before confirmation.
We agree dimensions, layout, materials, finishes, graphics, lighting and furniture, not just an image. We also consider circulation, brand visibility and product sizes. Suspended structures are checked against the assigned space before being finalised.
Contact us as soon as you know the fair and assigned space. We plan design approval, artwork delivery, technical requests, production and installation. For short deadlines, we check capacity and feasibility before committing and explain which decisions are urgent.
We organise technical requests, documents and deadlines. Our agreement specifies who prepares and uploads documents and which authorisations you provide. Your participation administration and signatures, and the organiser’s approvals, remain separate from stand construction.
We review the event rules and stand restrictions before work begins. We identify required design, material, electrical and structural documents and their responsible parties. Specialist checks and certifications are specified in the quotation using the particular fair’s requirements.
Only when specified in the quotation. We collect equipment and lighting requirements, agree who orders venue services, who approves costs and the deadlines. Suspended trusses and signs require feasibility and availability checks with the relevant providers.
We coordinate stand transport and installation with the exhibition schedule, including team access and work sequence. Collection, delivery, handling and packaging of your products are agreed separately. Send weights and dimensions early so suitable equipment can be planned.
Our in-house teams install and dismantle the stand. We agree handover around venue hours and your setup time. At handover we check the agreed elements, record any issues and agree how to address them. You have an operational contact on site.
Contact the agreed coordinator first. We assess options and the effects on cost and timing, involving the venue when needed. Changes must be defined and approved before the related work. If production has started, we explain what can still be changed and the consequences.
Before the fair we agree contacts, availability, included support and any charges. Venue-provided services, such as power or internet, remain the responsibility of the relevant venue provider. We clarify these contacts before opening.
We plan dismantling alongside installation in line with venue dates. We agree product collection, returning materials and area handback. Reuse can be considered from the design stage; return transport, storage, disposal and future adaptations must be specified in the quotation.
